Our terms are net 30 days with approved credit. To establish credit with Integral Rx, call us at 1-844-345-3480, select 5 for the supplies department and speak to an account representative. If you are already a J M Smith Corporation customer, no credit approval process is required. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and payment is only accepted at the time of shipping. Non-payment of invoices will result in your account being placed on hold. No orders will be shipped until payment is received on past due invoices. All payments are due in U.S. Dollars.


All shipments may ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS or common carrier per your request. Same day shipment is generally available on most in-stock products if orders are received by Integral Rx before 3 p.m. eastern standard time. Expedited order express service, air freight and other premium shipping services are also available at additional costs. All shipping costs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Integral Rx prepays shipping charges and adds them to your invoice for orders shipped via UPS, FedEx and USPS. Shipments via other common carriers are shipped freight collect and we can ship your order using your freight account number if requested. Contact Integral Rx if you want to use your freight account number for orders.  Inspect all shipments and report any shortages or damages to the delivering carrier immediately.


All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices do not include shipping; duties; handling charges (if any); federal, state and local taxes. Call Integral Rx to inquire about the availability of volume and/or quantity discounts. Standard prices are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice. 

Minimum Order

We do not have a minimum order dollar amount. However, some items are subject to minimum quantities. 

Limited Warranty - Return Policy

All products provided by and through Integral Rx are guaranteed and will be replaced if the product is found to be defective. All special orders or custom orders are non-returnable. Except for special orders, all new, unused and undamaged product in its original packaging may be returned to Integral Rx within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase for a replacement or credit to the original purchaser of the amount paid. A 20% restocking fee will apply to stock returned items, and the purchaser shall bear the cost of shipping and insurance on product(s) returned that are not defective. Discontinued or revised products are not authorized to be returned, and credit will not be given for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Please call Integral Rx at 1-844-345-3480 to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) prior to shipping the product(s) to Integral Rx. To ensure proper credit is received, please enclose a copy of the RMA.
